The conference was supported by 22 industry partners, demonstrating strong industry-wide collaboration. A networking dinner and music evening on November 21 brought together over 300 professionals from the construction and water industries.

Two talented apprentice plumbers from Cornwall College St Austell are celebrating success at the prestigious World Skills Plumbing competition. Elliot Julian secured an impressive second place, while Dillion Newton proudly came third, bringing pride not only to herself but also to her college. The annual competition serves as a benchmark for outstanding professional skills. Elliot and Dillion have demonstrated remarkable technical competence, problem-solving skills and professionalism under pressure.
