Home Appliances is recalling its Camplux portable tankless water heaters due to a fire hazard. The most recent recalls last week include a portable tankless water heater from Home Appliances. The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission reported that Home Appliances is recalling its Camplux water heaters because the gas regulator connection can leak gas, posing a fire hazard. The company has received 19 reports of water heater-related fires, but no injuries have been reported.

Eight low-income families will benefit from the donation of new energy efficient water heaters from Bradford White Corp. The Emergency Water Heater Fund, established by the ECA in 2022, has already exhausted its allocated funds for the year, and Bradford White stepped in to help when he heard of the need. The donation, made during Random Acts of Kindness Week, comes from Bradford White’s unique charity initiative, Industry Forward.
